Support our Protectors, Healers, and Rescuers
One out of five Americans will experience a mental health challenge at any time during a year. First responders live on average 22 years less than the average population. Physicians have the highest suicide rate of any profession. Lawyers have among the highest substance abuse statistics. We are the protectors, rescuers, healers, and advocates coming together to help ourselves… and our families and communities. We as Americans are experiencing stress in all forms, from poor nutrition, lack of sleep, long hours, social disconnection, pollution in our minds and bodies, and lack of movement. To be strong, we must protect and build armor for our body and mind.
Your Voice is Needed Now
To combat polarization, conspiracies, and hate, we must join as a community and be America again - indivisible. We must first be Americans again - freedom loving, fun loving, and smart loving. We must stop finding differences and start finding common ground, trust, and mutual support. But we cannot do this if we are chronically stressed. Stress changes the chemical composition of our mind, making us tribal, distrusting, and anxious. To combat this, we must build mental resilience. This is what we are about. Help us make a difference - for you, for your family, for all of us - by building your own mental armor.
